YOGA: I teach a slow flow of postures (asanas) with emphasis on a strong stable foundation, awareness to breathing (pranayama), functional alignment principles, meditation, integrating various components of knowledge gained from so many great teachers and lineages. I love to share, educate all of what I have experienced, learned and love to practice. I offer therapeutic (thai massage) adjustments, sprinkled with a bit of humor.
FITNESS: I taught: REAL RYDER (indoor cycling), Les Mills RPM (indoor cycling), TRX certified ( suspension training system), Step aerobics, kickboxing, hi/low impact aerobics (dating myself), SLIDE (does anyone know what that is anymore).
