Meals: The restaurant at Pranamar sources the freshest produce and organic local ingredients. The menu coincides with the North Pacific seasons of Costa Rica in order to maintain the highest standard of quality throughout the year. A variety of dietary needs can be accommodated including vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and any food allergies.
Traveling to Pranamar: You will fly to Juan Santamaria Airport (SJO) in San Jose, Costa Rica. From San Jose, you will travel to Santa Teresa either by taking the local bus ($15 from San Carlo Bus station, leaving at 6am and 2pm daily, aprox 5 hours each way) which includes a beautiful ferry ride to the Nicoya Peninsula, or flying Natureair or Sansa Airlines to Tambor (TMU) where a taxi can be arranged to transfer you to Pranamar Oceanfront Villas. I highly reccomend the airlines within Costa Rica vs the bus ride. I have done it a dozen times or more.
Feel free to contact me with any questions you may have about yoga. I look forward to hearing from you.
